How do I determine my correct shoe size?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and consulting our specific DMT size guide. Our Engineered Knit technology provides a sock-like fit, so if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for a more secure performance fit.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for cycling shoes?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please note that shoes must not have had cleats installed, as this marks the carbon sole and voids the eligibility for a full refund.
Are DMT shoes compatible with all pedal systems?
Most of our road models feature a standard 3-bolt pattern compatible with Shimano SPD-SL, Look, and Speedplay (with adapter). Our MTB and Gravel models use the 2-bolt SPD standard. Please check the specific product specifications for details.
How should I clean and maintain my Engineered Knit shoes?
For best results, hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Avoid using a washing machine or tumble dryer. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the knit fibers and carbon sole.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all DMT products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper maintenance.
